Indiana University is seeking to recruit a Research Associate at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community. Position will involve collaborative planning, conducting training, and carrying out research related to early education and special education services for young children. Duties include working as part of a team to evaluate current early education/special education services, design and implement training and technical assistance to support evidence-based practices, and conduct research on practices and service systems that support the full inclusion of young children with disabilities and the promotion of success school readiness outcomes. Qualifications: A minimum of a Master\\\'s degree in Early Education/Special Education and/or related area required, Ph.D. preferred. Knowledge of and experience with early education and early childhood special education programs, including the designing and implementation of effective, inclusive services strongly preferred. Documented experience in research, in-service training, and product development in areas related to inclusive early education and school readiness practices. Position requires in-state travel.
