PERFECT 10:

In 1996, a group of ACSM members had an idea to create a special meeting that would bring together some of the world’s most esteemed professionals who were adept at lecturing with this key point in mind: ‘bridging the gap between exercise and practice.’ Their idea became a reality. New Orleans, Louisiana was the site of our very first Summit in April of 1997. With just under 40 faculty, presentations abound to the hundreds of eager trainers, students and leaders in the health and fitness profession from around the world. With each new year under our belt, we have honed this meeting into the best the industry has to offer. Now offering nine tracks, we are proud to celebrate our 10th anniversary with you!! Be sure to take note of the special new attractions, contests and opportunities we are offering for you in sunny Orlando.

9 Tracks
  • Sports Medicine/Medical
  • Special Populations
  • Exercise Program Design
  • Personal Training and Fitness Assessment
  • Business, Management and Professional Development
  • Nutrition
  • Mind/Body
  • Strategies for Behavioral Change

TWO DYNAMIC PRE-CONFERENCES:

We will end this session with a panel discussion from all faculty and participants at the pre-conference.
