About the Author


About the Author: Elizabeth Toumajian

Elizabeth got her B.S. degree in Psychology and Human Development from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo. After graduating from Cal Poly, Elizabeth began her Master's program in Kinesiology at Cal State University Long Beach.

Being a life-long fan of exercise and at one time a competitive tri-athlete, Elizabeth has always believed in the benefits of exercise for every person, both physically and psychologically. Elizabeth spent some time as a Certified Personal Trainer and realized the joy of making exercise available and achievable to anyone with the determination and will to obtain wellness.

Currently, Elizabeth is the manager of the Goodwill Fitness Center, a 12,000 square foot facility specifically designed for people with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses. The center presently has over 280 active members, and continues to grow every day.
