The fifteen-minute video features exercises to do in the water that will help build strength and endurance, and reduce spasticity. Many physical therapists recommend exercise in a cool swimming pool because the water's coolness and buoyancy make movement easier. The video is especially designed for people who want to continue an exercise program after they've undergone physical therapy, or maintain a regular exercise program.
Included with the video is a two-sided, illustrated 8 x 11-inch laminated chart that can be taken into the water for easy reference.
