This video provides an exercise routine that helps women of all ages develop body awareness, enhance posture and tone, and strengthen muscles that are involved in normal movement patterns. The routine is designed for those who have never exercised as well as those who actively exercise but need to improve flexibility, posture and release of stress. The routine is in sections and may be performed as a complete head-to-toe calisthenics workout. Breathing exercises and pelvic floor exercises are part of the program which will lead to improved awareness of safe and correct posture during activities of daily living.
