Research Corner: The Effects of High Intensity Exercise Versus Moderate Intensity Exercise on the Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) projects that approximately 30 million Americans have a form of diabetes. This research study examines multiple methods of exercise that may help prevent type 1 diabetes from becoming type 2 diabetes in individuals with type 1.
