"Disabilities and Adapting Yoga" - Intensive Workshop at 8th Annual Midwest Yoga Conference, Bloomingdale, Illinois, May 31, 2007
Matthew Sanford and Jo Zukovich have been exploring how Iyengar Yoga travels through Matthew's paralyzed body for the last 15 years. This intensive workshop (9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:30-5:00 p.m.) helps teachers explore how to adapt yoga for people with all levels of ability.
