The National Center on Health Physical Activity and Disability (NCHPAD) is conducting a survey to gather information about the needs of parents of students with disabilities around schooling during the current COVID-19 health situation. This survey will help us understand the needs of parents of students with disabilities who receive services through schools.

Encuesta para Padres de Estudiantes con Discapacidades Que Asisten a Escuelas durante COVID-19

El Centro Nacional de la Salud, Actividad Física y la Discapacidad (NCHPAD), está llevando a cabo una encuesta para recopilar información sobre las necesidades de los padres de estudiantes con discapacidades en torno a la escolarización durante la situación de salud actual del COVID-19. Esta encuesta nos ayudará a entender las necesidades de los padres de estudiantes con discapacidades que reciben servicios a través de las escuelas.
