On October 3, 2022, Health Affairs published a theme issue on disability and health. The issue includes original research, analyses, and commentaries that provides a multidimensional perspective on disability and health. The purpose for the theme issue is, not only to inform discussion of disability and health with the latest scholarship, but also to feature forward-looking work that can help shape the agenda for research and policy in the years ahead. Disabilities are diverse, we have included content covering a range of disabilities, on the intersection of disability with race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other attributes that can lead to social stigmatization.
