Video Review: Sit and Be Fit: Balance and Fall Prevention Workout

Renowned TV host Mary Ann Wilson, RN, and Lori McCormick, PT team up with Sequoia Hospital, Sequoia Hospital Foundation, Trauma Center at Stanford University Medical Center, and the San Mateo County Fall Prevention Task Force to present a program on gentle exercises to prevent falls. Wilson emphasizes the importance of safety, breathing, and posture throughout the tape, and demonstrates the exercises while standing, while McCormick provides seated adaptations to the program.
