Programs for Youth

Adventure Club is a group activity that focuses on socialization, team building and Fun! Middle and high-school-aged youth meet on Wednesdays after school during the school year and in the afternoon during the summer. Eight to twelve year olds meet once a week during summer and once per month during the school year.

Healthy Choices is a bi-monthly program for transitioning age adults that focuses on physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and independent living skills. A few of the most popular Healthy Choices units have been: Fun at the gym, tai chi, yoga, cooking classes, first-aid and CPR.
