Post Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist is for helping those who have been released from physical therapy following surgery, stroke, cardiac rehab, etc. This is a wonderful avenue for pain management. Feel assured that you have a certified individual guiding you. Our instructors are knowledgeable about anatomy, exercise physiology, injury prevention, monitoring of exercise intensity, and also certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as well as first aid. All instructors encourage you to go at your own pace.
