TROT is affiliated with The North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA). As a NARHA-operating center TROT complies with industry standards to provide safe, quality programming. In 2000, TROT completed an extensive accreditation process. In 2001 TROT was awarded the status of "Premier Facility." This means that the organization excelled in all areas of the accreditation process including administration, program and facility. At this time TROT is the only accredited therapeutic riding program operating in Dallas County.

• Sessions run from April through October. However, last year we added another session, which runs through November.
• Sessions run 8 weeks long. With the added session running into daylight savings time it ran 6 weeks long.
• The riding lessons for the students are on Monday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

TROT is a non-profit organization with a 501c-3 status.
