This class aims to help elderly participants maintain and improve range of motion, flexibility and strength using the resistance of the water. Low impact exercise relieves stress on your joints. No swimming knowledge required. (FREE to members, fee required for Program Members) Time: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 am - 9:15 am
