The Glastonbury Wellness Center is a joint venture by ECHN and Healthtrax, a national fitness provider. Located just off Route 2 at exit 8, the Glastonbury Wellness Center offers a unique mix of fitness, medical and wellness services. Our mission is to serve as a community resource for health improvement, combining traditional medical services with prevention, rehabilitation, fitness, education and wellness services.
The Glastonbury Wellness Center also offers the PACE arthritis classes from the Connecticut Arthritis Foundation and is the foundation’s east-of-the-river connection for arthritis water-exercise programs. Individuals do not have to become members of the wellness center in order to participate in its arthritis classes.
