Located in the beautiful Golden Isles of Georgia, St. Simons Health and Fitness Club has a lot to offer to its members and guests. We have over 42,000 square feet of fitness! From our indoor racquetball and basketball courts to our five different indoor group fitness studios, we are sure you will be able to find an activity for you. Programs include:

  • Heart Smart Aerobics -Low impact aerobics plus muscle toning designed for the active and young at heart 50+ participant
  • Yoga- Basic yoga that combines a variety of styles in a user-friendly format. Yoga for everyone present. (60 min)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Yoga- A challenging yoga practice for the more experienced participant. Participants must be comfortable & familiar with yoga. (60 min)
  • YogaLates I- A combination practice utilizing basic yoga and pilates movements. (60 min)
  • YogaLates II- Take your mind and body to the next level with this more challenging yoga-pilates class. (60 min)
  • PowerFlow Yoga- Power Yoga for strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility. Bring a towel, water & prepare to sweat! Some knowledge of yoga is suggested. (75 min - fee required)
