Staff Training and Certification
  • Staff Training: All fitness instructors are required to have a bachelor of science degree in a health-related field. They must be certified in CPR and be eligible for certification by the American College of Sports Medicine. Instructors lead classes, measure baseline fitness levels, and develop personal fitness programs for members. Testing and instruction are offered at no additional charge.

Membership Fees
  • Fee to participate in the Program : Individual/Family: $36/$59 per month. A corporate rate is available for qualified individuals and families for $31.50 per month for an individual and $52.50 per month for a family. The family plan includes children 13-20 years of age. No charge for children 12 years and younger.

    Senior/Senior Couple: $24/$36 per month. For individuals 62 or older or for couples with at least one of the two being 62 or older.

    Sports Medicine Location Only: $20/$33 per month.

    Individuals may also choose to pay a per-visit fee of $5.
