Caring for Kids provides non-competitive adaptive sports and recreation opportunities for youth with physical disabilities ages 6-17 years. Youth must be independent in their activities of daily living skills to participate. If not, an aide or parent must attend with the youth. From September to June, programs are offered on weekends and school holidays. Year-round programs include classes in Yoga, Dance, Judo, and Karate. Additional programs include and are not limited to: • Horseback Riding/Hippotherapy • Adaptive Sports • Arts and Culture • Seasonal Activities and Parties – Caring for Kids offers a summer camp, which focuses on sports and fitness. Activities include but are limited to: • Baseball • Tennis • Golf • Swimming • Cycling • Kayaking • Yoga • Karate • Horseback Riding • Bowling.
