Arthritis Aquatic Program

Endorsed by the National Arthritis Foundation, this class uses only range of motion exercises. Participants do NOT have to know how to swim.

One of our biggest classes, the arthritis class is a great class for those with arthritis or other physical disabilities to meet others and have fun. Program participants are led by trained personnel through a series of specially designed exercises, which with the aid of the water�s buoyancy and resistance, can help improve joint flexibility.
