Notes

This class is appropriate for adults with physical impairments including, but not limited to multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular disorders, and TBI. Participants will work on muscle strengthening and cardiovascular endurance. The buoyancy of the water supports the body and allows for greater movement. Washington-Lee High.
