The Fulton County Department of Parks and Recreation's therapeutic recreation program has served the community for more than twenty years. We are located in the Sandy Springs community at the Hammond Park Community Building.
North Fulton therapeutics presently combines over forty years of professional experience in therapeutic recreation programming with certified staff. We provide year round programming and leisure activities for children and adults with emotional and intellectual disabilities.
The goal of North Fulton Therapeutics is to provide educational and recreational services to persons with disabilities in north Fulton and work in concert with school, developmental services, families and group homes to help reinforce mutual goals for its participants.
Program activities are conducted with an emphasis on education, recreation and socialization. We address issues of self esteem and motor skills while providing an opportunity to participate in a fun environment.
