General Description

A 1901 sod-roofed homesteader cabin became a Montana State Park, right along Highway 2 just south of Three Forks. Sheltered in tall cottonwoods, it makes a great photographic opportunity. It has a paved highway pullout, graveled approaches to the homestead and interpretive signs, and a picnic table.
