Organization Background Bay Area Outreach & Recreation Program (BORP) is a nonprofit organization providing sports, fitness and recreation programs for people with physical disabilities. Our programs serve individuals and families with a wide range of ages and abilities from all over the greater San Francisco Bay Area. BORP has been working to improve the health, independence and social integration of people with disabilities through sports, fitness and recreation opportunities for the past 35 years.

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelors Degree; a background in social work or advocacy is a plus.
- Experience working with youth, people with physical disabilities, and/or diverse populations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community programs, government agencies and support services.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
- Candidates must possess capacity to interact with youth and families from a wide range of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
