Hand Cycling Clinic
Milwaukee Recreation Adaptive Sports is sponsoring a hand cycling clinic for all participants interested in learning more about hand cycles and hand cycling. Powered by the arms, rather than the legs, hand cycling is ideal for people who have limited or no use of their legs. We encourage everyone to try it out!

Sit Ski Demonstration
A representative from the Central Cross Country Ski Association (CXC) will be joining us to demonstrate CXC\\\'s summer and winter adaptive Nordic equipment, which includes dry-land sit skiing that simulates adaptive cross-country skiing in the off season. Try the sit-ski...off snow!

A limited amount of hand cycles will be on hand at this event. An RSVP is recommended but not required (see contact info below). Event will be held rain or shine.
