Study Objective
This patient interview study was designed to further our understanding of foot and leg problems that lead to amputations. The main objective is to improve patient care, thereby decreasing the need for amputation.

Who Can Participate
Interviews may be done with English-speaking patients who have undergone their first major amputation* (through-foot, above-the-knee, below-the-knee) within 6 months of the interview date.

*Amputations due to complications from vascular disease and/or diabetes only.
