Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health (ICAH) is a statewide organization that works in partnership with youth through a reproductive justice lens to promote programs and policies that:

� increase access to sexual health care for young people;
� increase access to comprehensive, medically accurate, age-appropriate sexuality education;
� support the rights of pregnant and parenting youth to finish their education and function as full members of society.

The work of ICAH is comprised of public education, legislative advocacy, community organizing, training and technical assistance. The executive director will continue the organization�s work to achieve systemic change and social justice for Illinois� youth. The position reports to the board of directors� executive committee, manages an 8 person staff, several consultants and a cadre of sexual health trainers. ICAH and its executive director are based in Chicago. This position oversees a budget of $900K including both private and federal funding. The successful candidate will be a strong, diplomatic, and supportive leader who shares ICAH�s passionate determination that youth will have a better world, and S/he will have the skills to help realize this goal. S/he will approach people and ideas openly and without bias, and will prefer working in a collaborative, inclusive way.
