Description
This position will oversee and direct current development efforts and institute new methods of development to create new revenue streams and secure funding sources to positively impact UCP�s financial status through the infusion of new dollars, implementation of quality programs and events and increased brand recognition.

Requirements: Min. 3 years exp. with proven fund raising record, strong business and community networks and demonstrated success in grant writing.
