Indiana University is seeking to recruit a Research Associate/Project Coordinator at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community. Position will involve planning, conducting training, technical assistance research and evaluation related to employment services. Duties include: Consultation, training, and technical assistance to employment service provider organizations (community rehabilitation providers and mental health agencies) government entities, employers, and schools on topics related to employment services, especially social security work incentives, ticket-to-work and benefits counseling. Develop and conduct workshops, inservices, training modules and conference presentations. Develop written products related to employment and assist and participate in research and evaluation activities related to the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master\\\'s degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation, Psychology, or related area required. Knowledge of and experience with community employment services, benefits counseling, social security work incentives and ticket-to-work. Documented experience in inservice training, staff development and research in areas of supported employment services. Preference given to those with experience working with mental health agencies. Position requires in-state travel.
