Call to presenters for the 2007 conference Beyond Expectations: Time for Change. The statewide conference will be held to provide youth with disabilities, their families, special educators, vocational rehabilitation staff, transition specialists, counselors, healthcare professionals, community representatives, and transition representatives from state agencies, local school districts, and the private sector opportunities to enhance skills, education and training in planning for positive post secondary school outcomes in the areas of advocacy, education, employment, health care and community integration.
