The annual Developing Amazing Leaders Paralympic Conference is where leaders of the Paralympic movement and those who want to start new Paralympic sport programs come together to share, learn and inspire one another. The 2008 event was a huge success and the 2009 conference promises to be even better!

The 2009 Developing Amazing Leaders Paralympic Conference, presented by the U.S. Olympic Committee will be held at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado on April 17-20, 2009. The Developing Amazing Leaders Paralympic Conference is an interactive experience! Workshop sessions provide you the opportunity to get hands-on experience with a variety of Paralympic sports, dialogue in-depth about best practices and hear directly from a number of amazing athletes!

This year�s conference will also offer a variety of sessions focused on working with injured military personnel. Sessions will be geared for both organizations wanting to expand sports opportunities for injured veterans, as well as existing Paralympic programs wanting to engage injured service members.
