Content: Includes a variety of exercises designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength.Demonstrates exercise adaptations for people with MS but may be beneficial to others with extremity weakness as well. The program is divided into a section of warm- up exercises, a vigorous calisthenics program, and a relaxing cool-down period.
