Tone And Stretch III incorporates resistance exercises using an exercise band. A FREE Light Resistance exercise band is included. If a different resistance is desired, please select from the options menu below. If you are moderately active and want to add another element to your workouts, then Tone And Stretch III is for you! Studies show that resistance training helps to tone muscle and increase strength. If your doctor has advised you not to do resistance exercises, the movements can be performed without the band. NOTE: Those with high blood pressure should consult with their doctor before doing any resistance exercises. This is a balanced workout with two full length routines, and is beneficial for a variety of conditions and problem areas, such as: neck problems, shoulder problems, elbow problems, hand arthritis and other problems, lower back pain, hip fracture and arthritis, knee problems ankle problems, peripheral neuropathy, mastectomy, balance problems, and Parkinson's disease.
