Tone And Stretch I has the slowest tempo and movements of the Tone And Stretch series. It is appropriate for someone with a very limited activity level or who is just getting started. Since this video is relatively slow, it would be beneficial for viewers with a variety of conditions; neck problems, shoulder problems, wrist fracture, arthritis of the hands, hip fracture/arthritis, knee problems, ankle problems, peripheral neuropathy arthritis, mastectomy, and balance problems. It is not recommended for people with severe deformity of their hands, especially with rheumatoid arthritis because of certain exercises where the fingers pull on each other. This video is not recommended for viewers with severe osteoporosis with spinal deformity because some of the exercises include knee to chest movements or forward trunk flexion.
