FITT Column: Something That Works - CrossFit

Fitness trends come and go, but every once in a while, you stumble upon something that works and you stick with it. While investigating CrossFit for this month's column, I stumbled upon an individual who made the investigation something that will stick with me - I hope that it will stick with other fitness professionals, enthusiasts, and even novices who have the desire to become fit. According to Michael Paul, "I am doing exactly what I enjoy doing and helping others do it, too." To find out if your next adventure might include the CrossFit Program, read this month's F.I.T.T. Column. Also, read on to learn of one man's journey and his love for his country, competition, and sports.
