From the Editor's Desk: ALL Abilities - ALL the Time

This month we have articles and features on a wide variety of topics, from how aerobic training may help improve cognition in people with Multiple Sclerosis, to how you can manage or prevent high blood pressure through nutrition, to instructional video clips from a third part of a Parkinson's Group Class series. Also read this month's FITT column and Community Voice to find out about 2 programs who are reaching out to make great strides for incorporating ALL abilities into their activities and events. Encourage others to do the same!

Send your questions and comments to Blythe Hiss, NCHPAD News Editor, at sbonne2@uic.edu.
