The Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, invites applications for a tenure-track position in the area of Disability Sport and Physical Activity at the rank of Assistant Professor. The suggested start date is July 1, 2007. Prospective candidates will possess a completed doctorate with expertise in areas such as adapted physical activity, exercise physiology, biomechanics, neuroscience, sport nutrition, or coaching science. Evidence of effective teaching and a proven track record of publication with the ability to develop a fundable research program are important assets.
