Nutrition Spotlight: Four Ways to Revamp Your Plate


When I find that I have veered off the road of good food choices, four of my favorite techniques for getting back on track are to plan ahead, use the correct serving size, eat less bad fat and more good fat, and reduce the amount of carbohydrates per meal.
