Therapeutic Riding

Galloping Acres Foundation is co-sponsored by Hanover County Parks and Recreation. This program is taught six weeks in the fall and two six week sessions in the Spring. Our program is offered to children with some cognitive, physical, or emotional disabilities. The children are taught by Mary Helen Crowder and Shannon Lawson, who are NARHA Certified Instructors. They will also experience a wide range of benefits from increased flexibility and better balance to greater confidence and self esteem. We are also a NARHA member center.

$260 per session for a six week program.
