The mission of Camp Rainbow is to promote self-confidence, independence, and peer support for children with diabetes and their families. This is done by encouraging education and proper management of their diabetes while continually enhancing an already spectacular camping experience.

Camp Rainbow is a day camp held Monday-Friday at YMCA Camp Pine Tree in Spring, Texas. Campers are able to experience traditional camping activities like horseback riding, swimming, and arts and crafts. Campers will also learn valuable skills in caring for their diabetes. Camp Rainbow is for children with diabetes and their siblings ages 4-13. Teens ages 14-17 may attend as counselors-in-training.
