Notes

Camp Enscore is a program of the American Diabetes Association, Central North Carolina Area. It is overseen by local diabetes physicians and staffed by certified diabetes educators, nurses and dieticians from local diabetes centers and hospitals. Many volunteers, parents and the Camp Director, who are all screened by the American Diabetes Association, will assist in providing a safe and fun camp for you.

The American Diabetes Association Camp Enscore will be held at Walnut Hall in Tanglewood Park, Clemmons, NC (Monday through Thursday) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. For those who have not attended camp before, you are in for a real treat. A typical day starts with raising the flag and review of the day's schedule. Then the FUN begins! It will be a day packed full of fun and excitement, such as:

  • roller skating,
  • paddle boating,
  • relay races,
  • games,
  • arts and crafts,
  • creative educational activities and much, much more.

If you would like to request an application or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact the American Diabetes Association Camp Enscore Line at (888) 342-2383 ext. 1633.
