In July of 2003, Communication Services for the Deaf - Minnesota (CSD-MN) and the City of Saint Paul, Division of Parks and Recreation formed a partnership to provide recreation programing for deaf and hard of hearing individuals: youth, families and senior citizens. The program is steadily growing.
Activities have included: weekly bike rides, picnics and parties, Open Swim at Oxford Pool, Open Basketball, Downhill Ski Lessons, Low Impact Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Family Open Gym and much more.
