Notes

POPs recreation program is a cross-dissability program intended to provide opportunities for community integration, physical activity, and social recreation. Driven by the expressed needs and interests of consumers, over one hundred activities are provided during the program year. Participants are challenged to try activities they never dreamed possible (swimming, hiking, camping, rafting, skiing) and have fun socializing with peers, friends, and family memebers in cultural activities, potlucks, and craft classes.

Monthly activities for a wide range of interests and abilities. Peer support and encouragement in a nurturing environment. Learn about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and self-advocacy.
