AID will be recognized as a dynamic community organization providing cutting edge services for its clients and community while assisting individuals with disabilities in reaching their maximum potential and achieving the highest quality of life. AID Mission: To enrich the lives of individuals with diverse disabilities by promoting individual achievement and inclusion in the community. AID Vision: Individuals with disabilities will live, learn, work and socialize in the mainstream of community life.

Our services are provided based on sliding fee scale depending on the individual's funding. We do not turn people away from receiving our services because of inability to pay. Most of our funding for providing services is received from donors, grants, and fundraising.
