The Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Class at Baptist Family Fitness -- Paducah is designed to promote movement in an environment that is safer and more comfortable for arthritic joints. The class concentrates on each joint in the body, starting at the fingers and working to the toes.

The class is offered three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:45 to 3:45 p.m. in the fitness center's heated, indoor, Olympic-sized pool.

To participate, individuals must fill out an application and receive approval from their physicians. Applications are available at the front desk of Baptist Family Fitness Center - Paducah.
