Notes

Created in 1975 as an Arizona not-for-profit organization, ARCH is the only facility of its kind in the State of Arizona, and one of only three such organizations in the entire nation.

It is to enhance and maintain the quality of life of individuals with handicapping conditions by providing therapeutic recreation services, education and wellness programs, socialization opportunities and basic living skills.

Major Adventure Trips:

ARCH provides vacation and adventure trip experiences throughout the year. These supervised excursions are both in and out of the State of Arizona and offer individuals with disabilities the opportunity of independent travel. These trips not only offer participants lasting memories, but also a time of respite for their families.
