Harbor Fitness is an affordable, state-of-the-art fitness center featuring the latest cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, with locker rooms and showers. To ensure muscular balance and improve strength and endurance, more than 15 separate strength training machines target every area of the body. For those who prefer free weights, we have a variety of dumbbells with flat and incline benches. Aerobic equipment includes treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, stair climbers, elliptical trainers, a rowing machine and an upper-body ergometer. Staff is available to help you with an exercise routine and arrange for personal training or nutritional consults.
