All of the programs, services, and support you need to achieve your health and fitness goals are available through the Greenville Hospital System Life Center � Health & Conditioning Club. Help yourself live better and longer by exercising, eating right, expanding your health education, and reducing stress.

Medical-based programs and classes are tailored to new moms, senior citizens, and recovering heart patients, among others. Certified personal trainers help you meet your fitness goals safely and keep you motivated. And aquatic classes are offered at the Life Center at Greenville.

Aquatic Programs
A variety of water fitness programs are available to members and non-members, including group swimming lessons for children and adults, and classes in water aerobics and arthritis aquatics. Group swimming lessons for all ages are taught by American Red Cross WSI-certified instructors. First-time participants for children's group lessons must complete a skills test and be at least 4 years old.

The Life Center � Health & Conditioning Club in Greenville is located on West Faris Road across from Greenville Memorial Hospital. This modern 55,000 square-foot facility offers the following amenities and services:
  • 1/10-mile indoor track (the largest in Greenville)
  • 4/10-mile outdoor track
  • 25-meter indoor pool
  • 2,500-square foot aerobic studio
  • Daily aerobic classes taught by certified instructors
