Physical activity has been proven to help your heart, mood and confidence. In fact, exercising and a more active lifestyle have even helped people in their 80s and 90s grow stronger, more independent and energetic. The Health and Fitness Center has specially designed equipment and exercise programs intended for the mature adult. There are cardiovascular and strengthening exercises specifically designed to improve bone density, endurance, muscle strength, stability and flexibility. An Exercise Physiologist will develop a fitness plan based on a Fitness Evaluation and member’s goals and will work to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
Open seven days a week, you are invited to stop by the Health and Fitness Center for a tour, demonstration of equipment and 2 complimentary visits for the opportunity to try the equipment and start exercising.
