WATER EXERCISE CLASS

Water exercise classes can help develop or maintain cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Develop endurance, flexibility, muscular strength, fitness and coordination. This is not only a great class to get in shape with, but the socialization period is a must. Don't think is all work and no play, this group has a great time.
