The Center is run by Salt Lake County and offers a number of programs for children and people of all ages. Children and Teens can participate in a variety of sport activities, including: roller hockey, swimming lessons, soccer, and flag football. For adults, there is a socializing club and a gym. The Copperview Community Center provides a day care program for children age 2 and up, and also provides Teen day camps. The fees to participate are very reasonable and some activities, such as the gym are free. A local school conducts an adult-education classes each week. Volunteers are welcome.
Adaptive programs are designed for individuals with special needs, however, everyone is welcome to participate in any program or class.
